R&T did it this way:
Accel
Same driver for every vehicle;standing, drop clutch launches and lift throttle shifts (except auto trans).
Decel
Full braking occurs only after 100MPH is registered on the radar gun strapped inside the vehicle. No left foot braking with a minimum of 10 trials for each car with the best time used as the final.
Several of the cars went beyond 100MPH due to the reactions of the driver Patrick Hong
The actual top speed hit prior to braking was:
