There is probably going to be a burst of laughter but I can justify the 1981-1983 Delorean DMC 12 as one of the top 50 cars. Certainly not for it's engine power of 130 horses but I have owned quite a few cars and my Delorean gathers more attention than any other car. Going down the road people almost run into you looking at the car, stopping for gas is always a 10 minute proposition with usually at least one or more people wanting their pictures taken by or in the car. Extremely unique with it's rear V6, mid mount transmission, gull wing doors, stainless steel body panels (that are attached to fiberglass skeleton) power brakes, a/c, suspension by Lotus. The value of Deloreans is strong and a nice example is now worth what they cost new ($25,000).
