It's a nice area, drove around the lake headed to the coast and it seemed like a cool place. Jenner and Anchor Bay are nice coastal towns and lots of backroads to explore.
No jobs nearby but you'd have 2 acres? "Nostatic and Sons Medicial Maryjane and Organic Nursery" has a nice ring to it.
Ojai is nice but overpriced. Great pizza at Boccallis heading out of town towards Santa Paula, quaint downtown, etc. I wouldn't look at it as a retirement place and I have Sespe Creek and Topa Topa running through my veins.
