Mental health day.
I usually wake up in a neutral mood but today I woke up looking for a fight, I really feel the need to be violent, and I have no idea why. I slept well, my stress level is down, I just feel like kicking a pile of puppies.
I am staying home today and will have no direct interaction with people. The last time I woke up in this mood I was sent home from work for going after one of the sales guys, in my defense he is one of those who really needs an attitude adjustment and I was told by many people they wish I would have taken a couple (dozen) swats at him.
I hate days like this, thank (insert deiety) they don't come very often
