HI, My name is Robert I’m a professional classic car collector & appraiser in the Cape May NJ area. I’m Very interested in buying the car. But depending on your answers will determine if I would like to buy it or not or at the very least make you a serious cash offer? Do you have any of the following:

#1. original paperwork including the build sheet.
#2. original (broadcast sheet) found under the seat, etc.
#3. original window sticker.
#4. original and sales contract.
#5. original owners manuals.
#6. original warranties and other paperwork shipped with the car.
#7. original titles.
#8. original bills of sale establishing ownership.
#9. original oil change receipts. ( documenting mileage )

Please note This is from Hagerty classic car insurance website: A fully documented car is a term that is often misused, and there is no perfect description other than an indisputable paper trail that begins at the factory and ends with the current owner. You must have the build sheet this is probably the most important document, but a fully documented car would also include the dealers window sticker, sales contract, owners manual, warranty, and shipping papers. Nothing is as valuable as the original paperwork that came with the car it’s not some appraisal company you pay to "say" it is... But actual original papers proving it. For this reason alone is what makes all the time and effort for a full complete restoration without the correct documentation the price will never! go up and wasting all that time and money into a non-documented car will not increase the value at any giving time. Do not let any seller persuade you with body shop receipts for paint jobs, interior work, carpets, headliners, Chrome refinishing, tires, custom radios. They Do not count to any car collector. That just documents there initial investment. And does not raise the value of the car. only original documentation does. Thanks and God bless Robert

This is buyers email to me.
