I've had good luck fixing flat screen TV circuit boards by reflowing the board in an oven. If the water exacerbated issues with cracked solder joints, reflowing your boards is worth a shot. Here's a nice explanation: http://www.build-electronic-circuits.com/reflow-soldering/
