Interesting. Why anyone, especially grown ups drink soft drinks is beyond me, but people forget about fruit juice. Its loaded with sugar, even if just the natural sugar of the fruit. I don't know how many oranges it takes to give 2ltrs of juice- but you wouldn't eat that many oranges each day, id bet.
