Yep, she's getting the whole neighborhood trained.
At the drive up window at a local convenient store, Long John Silvers, burger joints, Walgreens Pharmacy, and my Bank, Pepper says "Hello" to them and they give her a treat. Now she says hello at all the drive up windows and is very disappointed if she doesn't get a treat. May have to start carrying some for her.
At the convenient store a guy waiting at the register heard her say hello to the clerk at the drive up window then bought and gave her a Slim Jim. Pepper REALLY liked that.
At the Homeland the bagger chick has to always help me out with my groceries so she can pet Pepper and give her a treat. Can't imagine why Pepper just LOVES to go for a ride.
When I had my first golden, Penny I would go get a steak sandwich at a local drive-in and they would always give her a hot dog. In the 17 years I had her I only went on one trip that I didn't take her with me. My second golden, Camber, did not like going for a ride at all, and didn't mind well enough for me to take her anywhere, she was Mom's dog.
Still working on Pepper minding and staying close to me no matter what like Penny did.
