This looks like a great idea if you don't have a spotter hanging around.
I never knew something like this even existed, not been to a gym in decades.
I do have my eye out for equipment, but may rig something up in the meantime.
Brainstorm-1 ; Really large diameter wheels/weights (tractor tire size) would forgo the need for safety bars. Don't tractor tires weigh 200-300 lbs though?
