^Thanks Leaky. We're just temporary caretakers of this kind of stuff and I certainly feel privileged to bring this one back to life. Don't want to bore others of it but right off, I could feel the frame builders 'black magic'. Can also understand why even some cycling enthusiast wouldn't have the interest. But its really a remarkable and special bike. A few dots to connect but it has an interesting provenance.
Funny, but I don't always consider weight being overall benchmark but if I swapped the heavy saddle and pedals, this old thing could easily be 22 / 23 lbs..
Your Viner is next although so many other things happening and really want to focus on the riding. Its the 'cycles of life' thing. The cars, toys, meet's / events is secondary and so little time.
