Just finished Donald Fagan's book,
Eminent Hipsters. Interesting read for those wanting some insight into his quite eccentric personality. He talks about growing up in New Jersey and the influences that shaped his musical style. Not much about SD, though he does share a lot of stories about being on tour with Michael McDonald & Boz Scaggs in their band, 'The Dukes of September'.
