I got a chance today to check and got spark using #4 plug wire on extra plug(grounded). My initial check didn't get spark but I realized that I had the speed relay still unplugged and drying after cleaning. So, plugged it back in and saw spark? I read an old thread late last night that the speed relay(rev limiter) can impact both spark and fuel delivery.

Dizzy was checked out for moisture and found no issues prior to spark test. Next step is fuel. Could it be that simple just to replace speed relay?
