Frankly, my 911 has been the biggest piece of junk I've owned...so reliability isn't something I've even considered as it's the least reliable internal combustion powered thing I've owned. That, is not an exaggeration.
My biggest concern is storing the car for the time being and having the rest of it not go to crap. With Saucy Jr planning to arrive within July and a bathroom remodel and garage remodel looming as the final house projects...engine rebuild on dad's weekend car is very low (So are the funds at this point in time)
I'm trying to determine if I want to go 3.2SS with ITBs and Injection or low comp 3.0 with a turbo, intercooler stuffed into a ducktail.
Either way, the stock 915 with 176k on it needs a refresh as well...
