I am not sure which is which but they are either brake, fuel, fuel return or fuel vapor lines. You should be able to get a used replacement from a Porsche dismantler. Post a WTB on the used parts forum.
Using a rubber line and clamps seems immanently unsafe to me. If you run over something and it gets cut you could have a fire on your hands.
