Yeah, I can't bring myself to do the Croc thing. I guess the Croc version of flip flops might be doable. I also haven't worn flip flops in many, many years, probably 25 or so.

Those are sandals.
Thongs and Sandals are similar but different.

Maybe it's a coastal/beach thing. I grew up in FL, so barefoot or minimal footwear were the thing.
Flip flops are a gay thing? Weird. That must just be in some weird little corners of the world.
