Since we purchased it we have done a new roof, new Andersen windows, added a 3rd car garage, finished the basement, remodeled the other two floors completely, put a roof over the back deck, totally re-landscaped, restored the crappy yard, and probably a lot more that i am trying to forget. We have changed everything down to the doors, and I've done the bulk of it. This is our second house that we've totally remodeled while living in it, we are going to stay put because I don't want to do it again.
