Just for the record for those who have never been here Houston is not filled with a bunch of rednecks. I wish it still was. Ever since the boom in the 80's I hardly ever actually meet someone who was born and raised here! it's an international city filled with people from everywhere! If you want to eat great food from just about anywhere we have it. I just wanted to throw out the sterotypes. Unfortuneitly very few people wear boots and hats unless they are going out to a club. Times change.
