If you're interested in one, do not it. They do not allow on site inspections, instead they'll offer detailed inspection reports with an "IronClad Assurance" which is some sort of their insurance. However, their pictures of the trucks will purposely hide damage, the inspections are sloppy, and done in haste.
I waited 2 months for a background check to clear, and come to pick up the truck. It has three flats, broken lights, dented frame/oil pan, cracked crossmember, non disclosed body damage, and parts missing.
Their IronClad Assurance stated all the damage is normal wear and tear for the item, and since the missing parts did not make it pass the 750$ claim deductible.
