I'm still not so sure about that that. A properly mapped & dialed in EFI is super responsive and leaves nothing on the table at all. And then we're talking about Turbo cars here as well.. no MFI.
My favorite MFI was the 3.0 that we set-up years ago.. it was in one of my early cars and it was a beast. Sold the car, and eventually sold the complete top end from the P/Cs up. Still have the bottom end from that motor which was very stout. It'll go in my 73 as a twin plug SS 3.2, w/ throttle bodies/EFI.. Sold all my MFI goodies and I'm not going back.
