You said she fell in November and her symptoms are just now starting to fade....it's now July. Obviously that's about 7 months of symptoms

If it were my mother or my client, I would want to know how this injury impacts her future health

I don't know what the statute of limitations is in your state but I'm fairly certain you need not rush this decision
