Thread: Replaced battery but now the top won't move, and the "top" light in dash above speedometer doesn't come on when key is in proper position. Windows still work and the fuse appears to be ok position #1. What do you suggest?

Yes the Bentley Manual does have the emergency closing procedure. Go to pelicanparts.com and search for: PEL-P905 to find the manual. Definitely worth the money it has TONS of good information for you. I would suggest checking the parking brake switch though. When you lift the parking brake lever does the "park brake" light come on in the dash?
