Hey, question of another sort, I've got a coworker here with a dream of owning a late 80s to mid 90s xj. Didn't you have one in your cross hairs a couple years ago?

Hi Chris, Yes I had a chance to buy a 1997 XJ8 convert with 2,300 original miles on it for about $12,000. Same guy I bought my 928 from. He sold the Jag for about $15K to one of my friends here. Probably was a good deal.
That Corvette I was just in was a 2015 Z06, not a C6 as I first mentioned. We had it out on I-94 and burned rubber at about 60 mph getting on the expressway. It fish tailed a bit. We got it over 100 mph faster than you could blink! There was just too much traffic yesterday to open it up more. The thing is ridiculously fast. An inexperienced driver could easily kill himself in this thing. It can put the power to the pavement big time! Yep if you want to go crazy fast, it's a lot for the money and probably quite reliable. Doing about 70 my buddy went to pass and it pined me in the seat, nasty, nasty power!
