Not exactly a master piece but one of my Comfort Food Concoction...
A KD 2 pounder; 1 Lb of KD + 14 oz of diced tomato + 2 slice of cheese + black pepper/flake chilly/italian spice.
The Red wine is to keep the artery from clogging
