Local homebuilder bought an old citrus packing facility to build homes on. Win win for everyone - place was an eyesore and an attractive nuisance. He had all permissions and permits in hand, then during demo they discovered this:
Luckily some volunteers popped up and welded a steel structure around it and hauled it to the local airport. There it is being stored for free until they figure out what to do with it.
