Good choice to keep the sunroof Rob. With a non-AC car I've found the sunroof will keep things tolerable when it gets hot, and not being a dedicated race car, you won't notice any difference for the kind of driving you have planned for it. The opening rears are a bonus too.
Looking forward to seeing the tweaks you have planned.
