Well I got power to the pump. Turns out that I was connecting the wrong connector to the pump. There was a right angled connecter that fit perfectly but wasn't for the pump. Not sure what it connects to. That is another project. There were two lines tucked by the bumper that when I connected made the pump run. Now the problem is that the pump will not draw fluid. Replaced all the lines and "Ts" so that's not the issue. I took the pump out of the car and hooked to a battery. Won't even pull water out of a cup. Looks like I need a new one (another new one).
