I dont like the contigo...

Reason 1: you make your coffee and leave a bit on an air space. The air inside heats up, now you tip the cup to your lips, press the button and open the valve and you get a shot of hot pressurized coffee on your lips.

Reason 2: you cant tell when the coffee is about to hit your lips when you press the button to open up the valve.

The lack of a good travelers mug is something I have contemplated for a number of years.

You say max is $20 but what would you actually spend for a 'good' coffee cup that looked nice, was functionally superior, and didnt leak or spill?
