You may get one to fit in the location you described but unless you look at the entire A/C system you may run into problems.

Believe it ot not..the dealer installed system had some thought go into the sizing of the coils and the evap valve.

I would be more tempted to use the OEM evap and fabricate a sheetmetal box to house the evap and try to hide it below the dash. You could then duct into the fresh air blower.

Another thing you can try is to turn the fresh-air blowen upside down and cut a hole below it. Mount the evap (in a box) in the car and the fresh-air blower will now draw cool air into the air stream. Make sur eyou still use the A/C blower to get the correct CFM across the evap.
