Will it open at all? If so, it may simply have lost where it thinks the open and closed positions are. You can re-initialize the window by doing the following:

- Roll the window all the way down. Keep the switch down for another 5 seconds after it is open.
- Roll the window all the way up. Keep the switch up for another 5 seconds after it is closed.

That should re-set the open and closed positions stored by the car.
