I'd say it's possible but unlikely that the injectors are leaking. I would suspect the fuel rail, as they are known to develop tiny cracks that you simply can't see. Vibration is a cause.

Gasoline is very sneaky, and tracking down its source of leak can be challenging; gas is highly volatile, meaning that it can seep through tiny spaces at high speed. This can make it exceedingly difficult to pin point where a leak is coming from.

This may be redundant, but look again to try to find the origin of the leak.
Take a close look at your rail. It shouldnt be a tough fit, but if it is, it might be because it got bent and therefore cracked.
