the interior, front suspension, rear suspension are pretty much carryovers from the later 944s, basically the same as what a 944T would come with.
the transmission is totally different, the torque tube is different, and the engine is like the 944S2 engine but with vario-cam added to the head/computer and bigger valves/ports.
don't worry about mileage, look for maintenance.
kept up and maintained well, 200k miles is nothing to worry about on a 944/968 car. they are very durable.
ive pulled apart a car with over 300k miles and the cylinder bores looked brand new still, the carpet was all intact and clean, and pretty much everything still worked.
