Someday I will adopt a 928, hopefully before prices are out of sight.
this one is for sale

1984 Porsche 928S - Rennlist Discussion Forums

old thread on rennlist. just drove it today. ice cold AC.

$8500.

I keep telling myself I need to advertise it harder... part of me does not want to sell. just about every time I drive it.

the 944s are more fun to drive, especially the turbo.

but the 928 is just a great driver, comfortable, long distance cruiser, and handles great. more interior room too. and the growl of that V8 with headers and a full 3" SS exhaust.

but got the 951 DE / street in the garage again for some suspension upgrades and finish reinstalling the AC before the next track event. yes ... AC on a track car. I prefer to look and feel good than be a sec faster.

and just got started on dropping the engine / tranny on the 930.

so parts costs will start piling up.
