Our ProBooks at work have dual band cards and regularly see those speeds when we bond the 5GHz channels. As long as the router has MIMO it should be able to bond channels. Even the old Atom powered units on the med carts with the Intel chipset could do it. We have an
access point in each hallway at work, the router is a separate box and routing generally has no impact on speeds.
