That's very reasonable. I have seen some 406s & 416s selling for more, that didn't look this good and had not had any recent work done.
Unless I was going to keep it long-term, I can't put that much work into the 404 because of the law of diminishing returns. They are great trucks but are a little less versatile than the 406 & 416, which limits their market.
