Those car flipper shows are stupid, gives the knucklehead wanna be shysters some new angle to try.
Do they really think people are just going to get wet when faced with a few measly dollars? WHo doesn't know what they're holding? It's not 1950 anymore- it's pretty easy to get values on anything anywhere thanks to the internetz.

If anyone should know this its you, Randy. The house flipping. People are so dumb going around sking to buy this or that house, cash and do the deal now. Yeah, those flipping ______ show get people really excited with false hope.
An older middle eastern guy walked on to our property in the middle of the city asking to buy the house the way it is now. We had this place gutted and it in drywall stage ready to paint and put back in the market within 3 months. This guy just wouldn't go away insisting, "I got money, I no poor, I give cash for house now." I am sick of em'.
Here's the big question, why is it that these people are usually foreign, Middle eastern, Eastern Europeans (yes, I stereotype here, but these hustlers all seem to be from that part of the world) or younger guys, and no middle aged or older Americans doing this. I am sure they are flipping homes, or high dollar cars because they have the money for a business like it. Maybe I am in a big west cost city, how bout' you guys out there in other parts of the country? I am sure they are out on the east coast.
