I just installed a new timing and balance shaft belts. My only struggle was with adjusting the balance shaft belt sprocket that has the excentric. I don't have any wrenches that would fit and still allow room for tightening the final nut.

Any advice? Although I get everything tightened, I'm going to test with a belt tool and I want to buy a wrench that will fit and be thin enough to allow for movement. I will visit harbor freight but thought I would check with the experts first.
