No I could not do that. I am not a snitch. It used to be that you could classify people into smoking and non smoking. Now it seems the big division is between dog owners and non dog owners in our area. Some dog owners behaviour is sad. The elevation of their pets to a human level is especially sickening when they use their dogs as weapons. Treating them
like rotten kids. It is so true that the behaviour of a dog is reflected in how well the owner behaves. If you don't set boundaries for these dogs watch out....
