Do we need a poll here to see who exceeds the speed limit? I do, every time I drive. Our speed limits are outdated, set in 1950 and unchanged. I'm not taking my life into my hands, and I'm not endangering anyone by driving 20% over the limit on clear sunny day. If that's the bar for being an idiot, then this forum is full of idiots.
Bottom line: If the laws are ridiculous people ignore them.
Seriously? If that's your biggest problem life ain't too bad. I would prefer your neighbor to mine who cuts his grass once a year, chains his dog outside and lets it bark from 7am to 11pm, parks two or three cars on the road every day, has back-yard that looks like a scrap yard, etc etc.
And Canada Post has lots of options for 'undeliverable addresses'. I think they can deal with a wasp nest.
