Do we need a poll here to see who exceeds the speed limit? I do, every time I drive. ....
Bottom line: If the laws are ridiculous people ignore them.

I'm not quite as "classy" however....I've been known to speed (like everytime I get behind the wheel

), and once my dawgs are properly trained (voice and hand commands), then most never see a leash again as they'll stick by my side upon command. Having a dog on a leash (many are NOT under control even then) is not how I roll and never will. I've NEVER had anyone say a word once they see my dogs' behavior however...YMMV.
I'm sure that wouldn't apply to EVERY dog, but I know mine and have control once they're trained properly (6 months or so). A leash is NOT required, and I really don't give a flip about some silly law. Probably depends upon where you live too....In a rural area, many dogs will never have a leash on in their life
I'm not a lawyer either
