I now make it a point to stop and talk to everyone with an air-cooled 911 and re-remind them how much in value they have gone up lately.... eh-hem, after I ask them if they will sell it to me....jk.
If I can save one guy from getting ripped off, it's well worth it.
Fwiw, I've lost count on how many people have asked to buy my 911's. Nearly all of them were looking to flip it.... hardly one real enthusiast. Sad
My advice: over insure it, tracking device and 9mm...in that order.
