In Lee Iacocca's first book he wrote about inviting Henry Ford II over to a BBQ at his house. HF II said that the executive dining room made the best burgers ever. So Iacocca went to the Head Chef and said "What's your secret". The Head Chef went in the refrigerator selected a piece of Filet Mignon, and dropped it in a meat grinder, made a patty, slapped it on the grill and said "Any Questions?".
