You can aim them on a wall (google it, got to be many descriptions on how to do it) or just pick a deserted road, cover one side at a time, and aim them until you get the best illumination. Usually, the best imllumination for the low beam will render the high beam less effective, and vice versa.
Fool around with the H5 all you want. Regardless of how clean you get them, which bulbs you run, you'll never be happy with their light output.
Buy a set of ROW H4 lights, or back date it with sugar scoops and the H4 lights that fit those.
