the new negative battery cable from Pelican looked much better - it was fully insulated and soldered vs. the old corroded, bare wire crusty one. The new transmission copper ground strap was nice and shiny with soldered filled ends. I had to grind one end a little to round it so it would fit flat on the stud but no big deal.
