Funny thing I have an 86 3.2 that is Prussian blue as well and has two very similar spots in the same place. How difficult is it to pop off the scraper strip? I have all the service history on the car and years ago the window track was repaired and I believe they damaged the paint as SCadaddle suggested by using a screw driver to lift the window trim.
