It looks to me like your car could have been delivered with one of a plethora of German tape decks available at the time. If Pelicans can't come up with a definitive answer, I doubt there's a future buyer out there who could positively deny its originality.
And with that, I'd suggest you pick the one you like best and then spend some time on ebay looking for some Bee Gees cassettes to play in it.
