This car was for sale on eBay just a few months ago out of Florida. At the time it caught my eye due to the price which was in the $30-35k range (can't remember exact number) and unique but unusual look. Didn't exactly fly off the shelf even at that price mostly due to lack of photos, info, and history most likely. Seemed a little suspicious in other ways to me as well so decided not to investigate further.

New owner/seller clearly thought it underpriced and that there was money to be made. Additions of a Porsche sticker on either side (looked better without IMO) and using Singer comparison language we have arrived at the new 'value'. No issue with this from my perspective just interesting how this marketing strategy has seemingly worked out well.
