as a seller, once i agree to a price, i will give you a time frame (very short one) to pay in full. i dont do deposits. if you missed that deadline by a minute, sorry. we dont have a deal. some ppl tell me he's traveling... sorry. we have internet. i carry lap top, iphone, ipad, spare battery everywhere i go. to say one is traveling and cannot pay up wont fly. but if you stick to the terms, i will not take another higher offer ragardless of how much.
as a buyer, i dont feel i have a deal unless we have a binding email or you have received my pmt.
but in OP's case. i am lost. the seller does'nt provide pmt info..... very strange.
