I think intuition has a lot to do with how we are kind.
Just a few weeks ago a woman came to our door (we live in the heart of a big city) asking for
milk.
I asked her a couple simple questions and when I knew she was on the level, I opened the garage door and gave her a bag that she not only put a carton of milk in it but I let her pick
through our garage pantry and she got some other stuff.
I don't care for the homeless hitting people up for money but I knew (she came to visit our
worthless neighbors) and she wanted to eat.
We have homeless going through our "put out" trash once a week and I hate to see it.
If the homeless are not aggressive and just scraping up the scraps... I have to be
helpful.
We have a 39 gallon trash can that is completely full off crushed aluminum cans and
the next time I see a man and a woman going down my street looking for recycles,
I am going to give them a $30.00 dollar present.
Screw the haircut or manicure... they can have the money for the aluminum cans.
