Dunno but that tax is supposed to go to fixing the roads (at least that is what they tell us  ) and if you look at a map Cali has WAY more roads/hiways than your average state. |
It is also going to pay for the person to pump your gas. It is like forcing every elevator to pay for a elevator operator. It is 100% a waste of money to force people to pay for someone else to operate a gas pump for them.
