I'm not military or anything but I don't see any reason why a woman couldn't be anything she wanted if she wanted it enough.

There shouldn't be obstacles in place because she's a woman, she should be treated equally with the ability to earn the same opportunities.

This means that the men in charge shouldn't treat anyone differently.
